It takes strength to be yourself in this world...

Whether you're feeling stuck or simply need a place to feel seen and heard, counselling is an important step towards living a better life.

Approaches to Therapy

We might be a good fit if you...

  • Feel weighed down by shame or self-judgment, and are ready to explore where it comes from
  • Struggle to express your needs, emotions, or desires—especially in relationships
  • Want to understand how your past experiences—especially early ones—still shape how you show up in the world
  • Are experiencing grief, loss or heartbreak
  • Are interested in therapy that moves beyond surface-level solutions and into the deeper story
  • Identify with being neurodivergent and need support navigating communication, relationships and atypical lifestyles
  • Want to rewrite old internal narratives and find more meaning in your experiences
  • Are opening your relationship for the first time or need a therapist who doesn't pathologize non-monogamy
  • Are interested in therapy that moves beyond surface-level solutions and into the deeper story

"The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door; if you have an old, old story, that is a door; if you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door; if you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door."

- Clarissa Pinkola Estés
